Emily Shelley, PA-C is a Colorectal Surgery Physician Assistant

Physician Assistants (PA) are highly trained health care professionals who practice medicine as members of a team with a supervising colon and rectal surgeon. Emily has been with us since 2016. Prior to that she was part of a busy primary care practice in Washington, DC. Our Physician Assistants deliver a wide range of medical and surgical services. As part of our comprehensive approach to patient care, our Physician Assistants conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery and prescribe medications. Emily has a very extensive experience in the management of InterStim™ and sacral neuromodulation patients.
