    If you suffer from constant symptoms due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome the holidays may be a frustrating time. Here are a few key foods to avoid (or try to keep at minimum) during the season to make life a bit more comfortable:

    If you suffer from IBS-C 
    – Processed foods (including cookies and chips)
    – Alchohol and Caffeine
    – Cheese

    If you suffer from IBS-D
    – Chocolate
    – Alchohol and Caffeine
    – Fried (and extra fatty) Foods
